Hosting (server log files)
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 650 California St, San Francisco, CA 94108, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel processes technical connection data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) in server logs to deliver the site securely and reliably. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating this website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel may process data in the United States; transfers are safeguarded by the EU standard contractual clauses under Vercel's data processing agreement. Log data is not merged with other data and is deleted automatically.
Newsletter ("launch updates")
If you sign up for launch updates, we store your e-mail address to send you a small number of e-mails about the DeepSleep One launch. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every e-mail or by writing to the address above; your address is then deleted. Reservations
If you place a refundable reservation, payment is processed by our payment provider; we receive your name, e-mail address and reservation status, which we store to manage your reservation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps). What we do not do
- No cookies, no consent banners needed — there is nothing to consent to.
- No analytics, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting.
- All fonts and media are served from our own domain — no requests to Google or other third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection regarding your personal data (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, e-mail the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at) or your local supervisory authority.
